Ashley is a passionate NASM and Show Up Fitness Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Teacher of Trainers with over 25 years of experience as an athlete and coach
Ashley has dedicated her career to helping busy, driven women achieve their health and fitness goals without extremes. As a mom and Navy wife, Ashley understands the unique challenges women face in balancing their personal and professional lives. She has a strong commitment to empowering women to lead happier and healthier lives through building strength, energy enhancement, and hormone support with a holistic approach to wellness
Ashley holds certifications including Show Up Fitness Level 1 Certified Personal Trainer, National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Show Up Fitness Certified Nutrition Coach, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), and NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES).

Amy Martin
Amy is a certified macro coach, fitness professional, and women’s health advocate passionate about helping women fuel their bodies, restore their metabolism, and build sustainable habits without restriction or burnout. With certifications from NASM and AFAA, as well as specialized training through OrangeTheory’s OTFit, and Strength50/Tread50 programs, Amy combines strategic nutrition, functional fitness, and mindset work to drive lasting transformation.

Lindsay Dudley
Lindsay Dudley is a powerhouse Fitness/Nutrition Coach and a dedicated active duty Army Officer with over 16 years of service. Armed with certifications in nutrition from Precision Nutrition and fitness through The FITT Cycle (NASM), she brings her fierce passion for health and wellness to the forefront. As a dynamic wife and mom of two adventurous boys, Lindsay thrives on helping others achieve vibrant health, energy, and balance in their lives. Her mission? To empower individuals to crush their wellness goals and live life to the fullest!

Valerie Smith
Valerie is a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. She is also a board-certified women’s health Nurse Practitioner. Valerie enjoys virtual training and is the creator of the Shred Zone app which focuses on helping busy moms get fit all from home.

Linzi's award-winning health documentaries have been featured and seen on ESPN, NBC, CBS, ABC, The Discovery Channel, Apple TV, FOX, and more. Her latest venture, co-hosting and co-producing a new health and wellness show showcasing the Palm Beaches health industry.
Her mission and passions are to motivate, educate, captivate, and inspire her audience and followers to help them to be outstandingly healthy, feel RIDICULOUSLY ALIVE, INCREDIBLY CAPABLE OF ANYTHING and OUTRAGEOUSLY BEAUTIFUL- the way they are supposed to feel!

Haley Hansen
Haley Hansen is a licensed Physical Therapist specializing in neurological rehabilitation. She holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and a B.S. in Biological Systems Engineering (Biomedical Engineering). She has extensive experience improving her patients' functional mobility through targeted interventions focused on strength, balance, and movement enhancement.
With several years of experience in teaching group fitness classes, including strength training and kickboxing, she also coaches fitness and nutrition programs. Currently, Haley is developing a fitness program tailored specifically for women. In her spare time, she enjoys cheering on the Nebraska Husker football and volleyball teams, hiking, and spending quality time with her husband, two young children, and dogs.

Tyson Robertson
Tyson Robertson is an Independent Certified Personal Trainer, Muscular Anatomy Instructor, and Nutrition Coach.
Tyson found his passion for fitness after overcoming a debilitating foot injury. After years of chronic pain, he took matters into his own hands and began in-depth studies on body movement. Currently pain-free and feeling strong, he advocates for helping others do the same.
Tyson’s goal is to help more people with his network of Physical Therapists, Nutritionists, and Trainers; and to find the best solutions for getting people out of pain, moving better, and feeling confident!

Nicole Freni
Nicole Freni is a certified Personal Trainer, Group Training Specialist, Health & Wellness Coach, Prenatal Yoga Instructor, and Spin Instructor. With certifications including NASM Certified Personal/Group Training Specialist, NASM Health & Wellness Coach, and Mad Dogg Athletic Spin Certification.
Nicole’s mission is to offer dynamic group fitness classes that challenge both body and mind, helping clients surpass their own expectations. Her motto, "LIVE WITHOUT LIMITS," reflects her belief that potential is boundless. Nicole's success is defined when her clients embrace this motto and make it their own.
